Salad with grilled Salmon “Cruise” Recipe
A delicious combination of juicy grilled salmon with avocado, citrus and spicy dressing. This salad is sure to please your guests at the New Year’s feast.

  1. We take salmon, I have catfish, remove bones, skin. Cut the fillets into cubes.
  2. Mix soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, a mixture of freshly ground peppers.
  3. Take half of the marinade, pour it over the salmon, set aside to marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. While the salmon is marinating, we chop the grapefruit.
  5. Peel the avocado and cut it into cubes.
  6. Marinated salmon is fried in a grill pan for 2 minutes on each side.
  7. Put lettuce leaves on a plate, I have a frieze.
  8. Place warm grilled salmon on top of the salad.
  9. Place on top of the avocado.
  10. Next, lay out the grapefruit.
  11. Add the mustard to the remaining dressing and mix.
  12. Pour the dressing over the salad. Garnish with herbs (I have curly parsley). Enjoy your meal!
