Instructions
Peel the potatoes and cut into strips. Fry the potatoes in a hot frying pan with the addition of oil.
After the potatoes are cooked, put them on a plate covered with a paper towel (or, like mine, just napkins) so that all the fat is drained.
Boil the eggs. Cut them into strips.
Also cut the pickles into strips.
And ham.
Add canned peas. Mix everything in a bowl and season with mayonnaise.
