Potatoes
Instructions
Boil the eggs and chop them finely.
Pour into a bowl.
Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes and send them there.
Cut the onion into half rings.
Pour boiling water over it, adding sugar, salt and vinegar, for 15 minutes.
Cut the olives into 3 pieces, leaving a couple of pieces for decoration.
Cool the onion and squeeze together with the olives to add to the rest of the ingredients.
Mix everything well.t
