Smoked sturgeon
(sturgeon you can take any: pork, chicken.)

Mozzarella

Anchovies (fillet in olive oil)
Salt
to taste
Instructions
Wash the arugula and figs and let the water drain.
Cut the sturgeon lengthwise, remove the mozzarella from the brine.
Put arugula, balyk, mozzarella, chopped figs on a common dish or spread them on plates in portions. Drizzle with olive oil. Add salt if necessary.
