Boil 1 liter of water with bay leaf, salt and pepper.
Put the cleaned squid in boiling water for 40-50 seconds. Flood them if they are not completely in the water.
Cut the squid into small cubes.
Dice chop the cucumbers.
Chop the onion and green onions.
Put everything in a bowl, add finely chopped eggs, mix.
Mix cottage cheese and sour cream. Season the salad. If necessary, add salt.
On a plate, put the leaves, the whole salad or portions. Garnish with red caviar or serve without it.
