  1. Boil 1 liter of water with bay leaf, salt and pepper. Put the cleaned squid in boiling water for 40-50 seconds. Flood them if they are not completely in the water.
  2. Cut the squid into small cubes.
  3. Dice chop the cucumbers.
  4. Chop the onion and green onions.
  5. Put everything in a bowl, add finely chopped eggs, mix.
  6. Mix cottage cheese and sour cream. Season the salad. If necessary, add salt.
  7. On a plate, put the leaves, the whole salad or portions. Garnish with red caviar or serve without it.
