Cut the cheese into cubes, fry on both sides in vegetable oil in a very heated frying pan, until a beautiful ruddy color. We spread it on a napkin so that the excess fat slides off.

In a salad bowl, gently mix the strawberry salad and dressing.
Spread the mixture on plates, spread cheese on top and sprinkle with almond petals. The finished salad can be served to the table.
