Choose a ripe avocado.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone. Take out the pulp with a teaspoon and put it in a bowl.
Pour lemon juice and mash with a fork.
Add lemon zest, grated on a fine grater.
Add finely chopped cilantro.
Add cottage cheese. Mix everything thoroughly. Add salt to taste. And mix again.
Cut the tomato into slices 0.5-0.7 cm thick. Put a slice of tomato on slices of bread (I have wheat), put the avocado filling on top and decorate separately with coriander leaves.
