Sandwiches with Mushrooms and Egg Recipe

  1. Here are the main products.
  2. Slices of the baron are cut diagonally, it turns out 4 bases for a sandwich. If it seems to you that such a piece is not enough for one serving, make it out of a whole piece. Grease both sides with a thin layer of butter.
  3. Fry the slices in a hot frying pan until golden brown. Remove and cool on the grill.
  4. Finely chop the mushrooms. Do the same with pickled ones, if you use them.
  5. Fry the mushrooms on 1 tbsp.l. vegetable oil, in the process salt, pepper to taste. I still add marjoram and cumin to fresh mushrooms, these spices go well with mushrooms. Fry until light golden brown, cool.
  6. Pre-boil the eggs, cut into slices.
  7. Next, select the yolk, leaving the ring of proteins untouched.
  8. Add mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice to the yolks and rub well until smooth.
  9. Add the cooled mushrooms to the yolk mass, mix and add salt.
  10. We assemble a sandwich: for each slice of toasted loaf, put two rings of protein and stuff with mushroom mass, 1 tsp. with a slide.
  11. Sprinkle with your favorite chopped herbs before serving. All the sandwiches are ready!
