150 g of lightly salted homemade pink salmon should be cleaned from bones and skin. In a blender, whisk 100 g of butter and salted pink salmon until smooth.
Wash 50 g of radish, dry and grate on a fine grater.
Add the grated radish to the total mass and whisk again. Try it and add salt if necessary.
Bread “Borodinsky” cut into medium-sized pieces using a mold. In a frying pan with the addition of 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, fry the bread on one side only.
Using a pastry bag, decorate the fried side of the bread.
Additionally, we decorate with thinly sliced radishes, green onions and dill. Put it in the refrigerator before serving.
