Cut the onion into cubes. Pour vegetable oil into a deep preheated frying pan and pour out the onion. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater. Add the onion to the pan. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste, add hops-suneli. Stir well and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Fry the bacon in another well-heated frying pan.
Place the bacon on top of the pumpkin and onion.
Break the eggs. Add salt to taste. Fry for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped herbs. Cook for another 3-5 minutes.
