  1. Whisk butter or margarine at room temperature with sugar, add the yolks and beat everything well with a mixer.
  2. Sift the flour with baking powder and add to the whipped mass. Knead the dough quickly.
  3. Roll out the dough 0.5 cm thick and cut out the shape of a Christmas tree.
  4. Pre-dry and peel the nuts, chop them with a rolling pin. Lubricate the carved figure with protein or egg, sprinkle with nuts.
  5. Bake in the oven at 180-200 °C until cooked.
