Instructions
  1. A necessary product. Lemon juice is better to take freshly squeezed, so it will be much more fragrant! Carrots baked in foil in the oven at 180*-190* 40-50 minutes to cook. Mix sour cream with mayonnaise. You can take one thing, it’s a matter of taste.
  2. Divide the fish into parts, freeing it from the bones, and mash it well with a fork. Add one or two spoonfuls of filling, pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and mix. The mass should not be very dry, but also not very wet, otherwise the crackers will get wet quickly!
  3. Add chopped dill to the fish paste, mix.
  4. Peel and turn the carrots into mashed potatoes in a convenient way for you. I used a coffee grinder. Add a spoonful of dressing to the puree, pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, add a little salt and mix well.
  5. Collecting snacks. For one serving you will need 4 Graham crackers. Spread the fish paste on a cracker
  6. Cover with a second cracker and brush with carrot paste.
  7. Next, lay out the third carrot cracker, greased with fish paste, and cover with the last cracker. You should get two layers of fish paste, and between them one layer of carrots.
  8. You can decorate with the remaining dressing. Or smear a thin layer of carrot paste on top and sprinkle with dill greens. Serve immediately! Enjoy your meal!
