Spanish Rice Recipe
A very simple recipe for cooking Spanish rice. The dish turns out to be very fragrant, spicy and delicious. Cooking time is minimal, but the pleasure is huge.

Ingredients

Broth

Turmeric

Instructions
Remove the seeds from the peppers, peel the onion and garlic from the husks. Chop everything finely and fry in oil until tender.
Add tomatoes, ground pepper, parsley and turmeric. Pour in the broth and water. Bring to a boil.
Rinse the steamed rice and put it in a mold.
Pour the filling on top, cover with foil and put in a hot oven.
Cook at 180°C for 40 minutes until tender. Serve immediately.
