The idea to prepare this dish has prompted me my friend, for which many thanks to her! Interested, looked for different recipes for this dish... and I realized that, knowing the principle, you can experiment indefinitely, using a new set of products every time. Dedicated to the fans of Chinese cuisine...
The most important thing in this dish is properly prepared, or even more precisely - prepared rice.
So, prepare a deep pan with a tight-fitting lid.
For each portion, measure half a Cup of rice. I initially cooked for 2 people and in accordance with the recommendation I measured 1 Cup of rice, which subsequently increased in volume by more than 4 times. So this portion was great for two:)
Rice should be washed 4-5 times, with the need to RUB the seeds between the palms.
The washed rice is put into a pan, pour water into it, so that its level is one and a half inches (1 inch = 2.54 cm) above the rice layer, and bring to a boil over high heat. Once the water boils, reduce the heat to a minimum.
After 20 minutes, the water will disappear and the rice will look like flakes.
Just make a reservation, I usually cook rice differently, but this method was pleasantly surprised.
The cooked rice was crispy, not overcooked.
It must be slightly cooled.
Rice is prepared, now proceed directly to the preparation of the dish.
To do this, cut the bacon into small cubes and fry in a pan until brownish. Remove the fried bacon from the pan.
On the resulting fat quickly fry the crushed garlic, ginger and finely chopped onions.
Beat the eggs lightly and pour into a pan. Fry the omelet, crushing it into pieces.
Add the frozen peas to the omelet and heat for a few minutes.
Add the boiled rice and mix in a pan. Fry all together for a few minutes until the rice is warm. At the end, add previously fried bacon, pour soy sauce, season with salt and pepper.
