After doing a number of fairly simple manipulations, we get an incredibly delicious dish – spicy brisket with the aroma of spices and garlic, and even with a chic meat layer. Excellent meat slicing.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Stuff the brisket with garlic, season with spices and black pepper, salt.
Wrap the brisket in foil. I made two parcels. Transfer to a baking sheet seam up.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for one hour. Serve hot or cold.
