After doing a number of fairly simple manipulations, we get an incredibly delicious dish – spicy brisket with the aroma of spices and garlic, and even with a chic meat layer. Excellent meat slicing.

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Stuff the brisket with garlic, season with spices and black pepper, salt.
  2. Wrap the brisket in foil. I made two parcels. Transfer to a baking sheet seam up.
  3. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for one hour. Serve hot or cold.
