We cut the zucchini into thin slices (I cut the noodles with a knife for curly slicing) or ribbons (with a vegetable peeler).
Grate the carrots on a medium grater.
Cut the onion into thin half rings
Finely chop the garlic and crush it with the blunt side of a knife.
Add finely chopped cilantro, diluted spicy vinegar, vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste to the rest of the products.
