I spread the salad on the oak lettuce leaves. In a more gentle version of the salad, the leaves can be cut directly into the salad.
Finely chop the red onion. For one can of beans, you will need about half a small onion. Pour soy sauce over the onion and leave to marinate.
Open a jar of red beans and drain the liquid. Put the beans, chopped jalapeno and onion in a salad bowl along with soy sauce. Add mayonnaise and stir. If there is a reserve of time, it is better to let the salad brew a little.
