  1. Chop the spinach with a blender.

  9. Add the whipped whites to the total mass and gently knead the dough with a whisk.
  10. On a baking sheet, lay oiled paper, lay out the dough, smearing evenly with a spoon. I got a square of 30×30 cm.
  11. Bake for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  12. We will cool the finished cake, align the edges and cut it into strips, I cut it into 5 strips.
  13. Make a cream of walnuts and melted cream cheese. To do this, chop the nuts in a blender to crumbs.
  14. With a fork, mix the nuts with the cheese until smooth.
  15. Spread on top of the spinach strips of dough.
  16. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
