Nutella
Instructions
Sift the starch into the flour. Separate the whites from the yolks. And whisk the whites.
Beat the yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the whites and flour mixture to the yolks. Knead the sponge dough.
Form cakes, put to bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
Prepare cottage cheese cream: whisk the cream with powdered sugar, whisk the butter and add the cottage cheese. Add oil to the curd mixture.
Grease the cakes with Nutella and cream, combine.
