  1. Cut a bunch of green onions, only the green side. Of course, pre-wash and dry the onion. Add salt, lemon juice and a pinch of sugar. Mix it.
  2. Cut the cucumbers into cubes.
  3. In the same way, cut the radish into cubes.
  4. Finely chop the parsley.
  5. Add olive oil, stir, garnish according to your mood and serve immediately. If you plan to serve the salad later, sprinkle it with oil before serving.
  6. Ready.
