Boil the squid for 2 minutes, cut into strips (I did this time with canned squid, but the salad is more tender with ordinary ones).
2 eggs boil, cut into cubes.
Onion finely cut, if the onion is white, it is best to pour boiling water over it to remove the bitterness, or marinate a little salt+sugar+ lemon juice.
Cut the Apple into a small cube.
For pancakes, beat the egg with a fork or whisk, fry in a small amount of vegetable oil.
