  1. Boil the squid for 2 minutes, cut into strips (I did this time with canned squid, but the salad is more tender with ordinary ones).
  2. 2 eggs boil, cut into cubes.
  3. Onion finely cut, if the onion is white, it is best to pour boiling water over it to remove the bitterness, or marinate a little salt+sugar+ lemon juice.
  4. Cut the Apple into a small cube.
  5. For pancakes, beat the egg with a fork or whisk, fry in a small amount of vegetable oil.
  6. Cut the pancakes into strips and add them to the salad.
  7. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
  8. Fill everything with mayonnaise, spices to taste.
