Delicious, tender, strawberry, very simple and low-calorie pie. I saw the recipe today from an Italian website, thank you very much, I share it with you.
Wash the strawberries, dry them and chop them finely. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and the zest of half a lemon. This work is better done later, in order to avoid the appearance of a large amount of juice. We put aside 2-3 spoons of berries separately.
Beat 2 eggs with sugar (120g)a couple of minutes.
Add 50 ml of vegetable oil and milk, zest of half a lemon.
Then add 1 cup of flour (135 g) and baking powder (10 g), mix.
We lubricate the form 20-22cm (better 20) with vegetable oil, put the baking paper, lubricate it too.
Pour out half of the dough, I added 2 more spoons.
Bake for 10 minutes. at 180 g. I did not have enough of them, I ignored this fact, and in vain. Then I had to finish it off at the end, because it was still wet.
The photo shows that it sank slightly immediately.
Spread the strawberries on top (do not add the syrup)
Pour the remaining dough on top and bake for another 30 minutes at 180g. My hand reached for the chocolate drops, added a handful. Check for dryness with a skewer.
Punch the remaining strawberries with a blender.
We cover the finished pie with a plate, turn it over.
Remove the paper and repeat the procedure.
Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar and decorate with strawberry syrup.
It will turn out more beautiful if you water more chaotically.
I didn’t have any mint leaves, so I decorated them with Begonia leaves.
