Lemon juice
Sugar powder
Instructions
Wash the strawberries, remove the tails and dry with a paper towel.
Add ice cream to strawberries.
Then add lemon juice and powdered sugar. Grind with an immersion blender.
The resulting mass is poured into a container and put in the freezer for 4 hours. Sherbet should be stirred every hour.
