Cut the beans into 2 – 3 cm pieces (if the package recommends boiling the beans, then this should be done to speed up further cooking),
onion – quarters of rings,
garlic – finely.
Fry the onion and garlic in butter until soft.
Chop the greens finely.
Add the flour to the onion and garlic, mix immediately and fry a little.
Then add the herbs and paprika and mix well.
Last add sour cream, mix
again and bring to a boil.
Add the string beans and simmer under the lid until the beans are fully cooked.
That’s the beauty I got. And this, believe me, is very tasty.
