  1. Wash the pepper, carefully cut in half lengthwise through the stalk. Peel off the seeds. It is better to choose four-chamber peppers.
  2. Cut the sausage into cubes.
  3. Put the vegetables in a bowl and add the sausage.
  4. Finely chop the greens, add to the vegetable mixture, mix everything.
  5. Stuff the peppers with the vegetable mixture.
  6. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle with pepper.
  7. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and lay out the peppers. Bake for 25 minutes.
