I love simple dishes that, having made a minimal preparation, can be frozen, and after coming home from work, quickly baked in the oven, without wasting time on cooking dinner! One of these dishes is my favorite stuffed zucchini baked in an omelet.

Instructions
  1. Cut the zucchini into round slices, remove the middle (I did not peel it, because the zucchini are young), add salt and fry on both sides.
  2. Boil the rice in boiling water for 25 minutes. Remove the plug from the water, let the water drain. This is rice in bags, because there is an exact cooking time that will not allow the rice to digest and the rice will turn out delicious and crumbly!
  3. Mix minced meat, garlic, salt, basil, tomato paste and 1/2 sachet of ready-made rice.
  4. In a baking dish, put the fried slices of zucchini, put the mixed minced meat on them. Roll the meatballs out of the minced meat and put them in a mold.
  5. Mix eggs with milk, add salt and pour meatballs with zucchini. At this stage, put the mold in the freezer and leave it there to solidify. In the future, this blank will help us in preparing a wonderful dinner.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. If you are using a frozen billet, then sprinkle with cheese to increase the baking time by 5-10 minutes.
