Meatloaf is so versatile that it can be served both hot and cold. It will look great both on a festive table and at an everyday table. This roll will fit almost any side dish, and how many can come up with a variety of fillings... and always surprise your loved ones!
Put eggs, sour cream, salt, pepper and herbs in the bowl of the combine.
Beat well, using the "whisk" attachment.
Grease a baking sheet with butter. Pour the omelet.
Bake in a preheated 180 gr oven for 15-20 minutes.

Soak a stale loaf in milk.
Chop the onion in a food processor.
Add minced meat, bread soaked in milk, salt and spices to the onion.
And using a combine with a "knife" attachment, grind until smooth.
Sprinkle the table with water, put a plastic wrap (or cellophane bag) and put the minced meat on it in an even layer in the form of a rectangle.
Put the omelet on the minced meat (you can sprinkle it with cheese) and use the film to roll it up.
Transfer the roll to a greased baking sheet. Make punctures in several places.
Bake the roll in a preheated 180 gr oven for 45-50 minutes.
Remove the roll from the oven, allow to cool slightly and cut into pieces.BON APPETIT!!!
