  1. It is very difficult to specify the exact amount of ingredients. Always do it by eye. We prepare the ingredients: tomatoes are washed, peeled and my garlic, the rest of the products are taken out so that they are at hand.
  2. Cut the bread into slices, then each slice in half, and then another half so that each has 4 slices. So, cut the right amount of bread.
  3. Then the bread is fried on both sides in a frying pan with a little oil until golden brown.
  4. Put the bread base for the canapé on a dish / plate (you can cover it with a napkin or paper towel so that the excess oil goes away), let it cool, then rub each piece with garlic.
  5. Cut the tomatoes into slices and put them on top of the bread.
  6. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle tomatoes on top.
  7. Spread the cheese with mayonnaise.
  8. Ready!
