  1. Boil water. Pour black tea into a dish suitable for brewing (the amount of tea can be adjusted to your taste), add mint leaves, apple slices.
  2. Add peach slices and ginger, cut into small pieces. Pour boiling water over, stir and let cool. For sweetness – add honey to taste. Cooled tea is served with ice cubes.
