Currant, cranberry, lingonberry or pomegranate seeds, to taste
Instructions
Squeeze the juice from the tangerines or take the ready-made juice from the store. We need 200-250 ml.
Divide the gelatin in half. Fill one part with cold water, the second-50 ml. of milk. Leave to swell for 10-15 minutes.
In 250 ml of milk, add half the sugar and vanilla sugar. Heat until very hot. Add the gelatin in the milk and stir thoroughly.
Add the other half of the sugar to the tangerine juice.
Add cottage cheese to the cooled milk. Stir with a whisk.
Pour into serving glasses or one form. Put it in the refrigerator.
Heat the tangerine juice with sugar, add the gelatin and water. Stir thoroughly.
When the cream layer hardens, pour the tangerine juice on top, decorate with berries.
