Tea from Raisin Recipe
When the tea cools down, take the raisins and brew it. I tried it once and I liked it. It’s quick and easy to drink.

  1. Sort the raisins, wash them. It is better to buy raisins that are sold by weight, and not in bags.
  2. Put the washed raisins in a teapot and pour boiling water. It is not necessary to add sugar – see the following photo.
  3. And here’s the sugar – if you look closely, the photo shows streaks or waves inside the kettle – it dissolves sugar and is seen thicker than water syrup. For reference: there is more glucose and fructose (natural sugar) in raisins than in grapes, up to 8 times. At the same time, in some grape varieties, the sugar content reaches 20%.
  4. One of the disadvantages is a long wait for the infusion – at least 30 minutes. Doctors recommend raisins as a remedy against anemia and general weakness, fever and gastrointestinal disorders, heart and kidney diseases, as well as colds!
