Pour the hibiscus and lavender into a teapot or jug, add sugar.
Pour boiling water, cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
If you use honey, add it after the drink is infused.
Cool the finished tea, strain and serve at room temperature or with ice. Enjoy your tea!
