  1. Measure out 1.5 tablespoons of hibiscus.
  2. Measure 1 teaspoon of dried lavender flowers. You can take more or less lavender because it is of different quality. In any case, it is better to breed these fragrant flowers than to overdo it with them.
  3. Pour the hibiscus and lavender into a teapot or jug, add sugar.
  4. Pour boiling water, cover and let stand for 10 minutes. If you use honey, add it after the drink is infused.
  5. Cool the finished tea, strain and serve at room temperature or with ice. Enjoy your tea!
