  1. In a well-heated frying pan with olive oil, we send our beef steak and fry for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  2. Transfer the meat to a separate plate and cover with foil. Leave for 10 minutes, the meat should rest!
  3. In a hot frying pan, where the meat has just been fried, pour soy sauce and leave it so that the juices from the meat “make friends” with soy sauce!
  4. Meanwhile, prepare our vegetables: radish and cucumbers cut into half rings, celery stalk thin plates, onion-feathers! Under a stream of cold water, we wash the onion and send all the vegetables to the salad mix in a serving plate. All carefully mix and sprinkle with lemon juice!
  5. Cut the rested meat into thin strips.
  6. We send it to the soy sauce sauce with the juice in the pan and soak it well, leaving it for another 2-3 minutes in a warm pan. Carefully spread the warm pieces of meat on a mix of salad and vegetables, sprinkle with fried sesame seeds and pour the sauce remaining in the pan!
