  1. Cut the boiled chicken fillet into small cubes. Also chop the eggs and three medium – sized pickles. Chop Peking cabbage randomly, not very large.
  2. Mix for dressing natural yogurt, lemon juice, grainy mustard (can be replaced with regular, 1/2 tsp) and any hot sauce. Or you can fill the salad with ordinary sour cream or mayonnaise.
  3. Put all the ingredients in a large salad bowl, add the chopped green onions, and season with the sauce (sour cream or mayonnaise).
