Peking Cabbage Salad with Peas Recipe
Very simple and very quick to prepare salad. Juicy, tender, not at all heavy, but also quite satisfying.

  1. Boiled eggs and pickled cucumbers cut into not very small cubes. Chop the Peking cabbage into thin strips.

Chop the Peking cabbage into thin strips.
  2. Put the chopped vegetables and eggs in a large salad bowl or bowl. Add chopped greens, green onions and peas to the salad. Fill with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise. (or sour cream/mayonnaise in its purest form) Stir. When serving, sprinkle each portion of salad with grated cheese on a fine grater.
