Boiled eggs and pickled cucumbers cut into not very small cubes.
Chop the Peking cabbage into thin strips.
Put the chopped vegetables and eggs in a large salad bowl or bowl. Add chopped greens, green onions and peas to the salad. Fill with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise. (or sour cream/mayonnaise in its purest form) Stir.
When serving, sprinkle each portion of salad with grated cheese on a fine grater.
