Instructions
  1. Tomatoes should be cut into neat slices.
  2. Next, the tomatoes are laid out on a plate.
  3. Onions are cut into thin half rings and spread over slices of tomatoes.
  4. Everything is sprinkled with some Italian or Provencal herbs, sprinkled with soy sauce (instead of salt).
  5. Sour cream is added.
