Cut the tomatoes into slices and place on a platter.
Chop the green onions and sprinkle on top of the tomatoes.
Finely chop the garlic.
Fry sesame seeds in a dry pan or in the microwave.
Mix olive oil, water and lemon juice. Add garlic, sesame seeds, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the resulting dressing evenly over the top of the salad and serve.
