Instructions
Cut the tomatoes into slices across. We put the beautiful ones on a platter, the extreme trimmings-in a glass of a blender.
Add garlic (without the core), herbs of Provence, balsamic, onion sauce, and salt to the tomatoes. Grind to a puree.
Put the resulting puree on the tomatoes and sprinkle with cumin.
