Instructions
Cut the eggplant into 2 halves, add salt and pepper. drizzle with olive oil. Put in a baking dish and bake in the oven at 180C until ready.
Boil the egg and peel it. cubes. Mash the tuna with a fork, cut the celery into slices, peel the onion and finely chop it.
Mix everything and season with mayonnaise, pepper to taste.
Cool the baked eggplants and place them on a platter. Put the salad on each eggplant.
