  1. Cut the eggplant into 2 halves, add salt and pepper. drizzle with olive oil. Put in a baking dish and bake in the oven at 180C until ready.

  3. Mix everything and season with mayonnaise, pepper to taste.
  4. Cool the baked eggplants and place them on a platter. Put the salad on each eggplant.
