  1. Start with the turkey. Fillet (I take a small one) wash, cut into small pieces. Grease a saucepan with refined sunflower oil, put the turkey fillet pieces, simmer until half-cooked, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Peel, wash and cut one onion into thin half rings. Sprinkle them on top of the turkey.
  3. Then it was the turn of the bell pepper: I cut it into 4 parts lengthwise, peel it from the middle and cut it into strips across. We send it to the saucepan.
  4. Peel 3 young zucchini, wash, cut into half rings, send it to stew. And immediately put them in a frying pan with 2 tomatoes, cut into quarter rings.
  5. We bring our dish to readiness. If desired, you can add garlic, herbs or your favorite spices. I left it like this this time, I wanted a pure taste.
  6. Serve our dish, garnish with herbs and serve to the table!
