Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater. Add eggs, salt, flour, ground pepper, crushed garlic and mix.
Preheat a small diameter pancake pan, pour in a few tablespoons of vegetable oil, spread the dough with a spoon no thicker than 1 cm, quickly level.
Fry on both sides until Golden brown, so that the cakes are well baked.
From these ingredients, b cakes are obtained.
For the sauce, pass the garlic through the press, chop the herbs finely, mix with mayonnaise, smear the cakes and put them in a stack.
