  1. Wash the vegetables and cut them into thin slices.
  2. Add 1 tsp of salt to the water. Put the chopped vegetables in it, leave for 15 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix the flour with the remaining salt.
  4. First, roll the slices of eggplant.
  5. Fry in boiling oil over low heat until golden brown.
  6. Place on a paper towel.
  7. Do the same with the zucchini.
  8. When serving, sprinkle with ground paprika.
