Vegetable pancakes with minced meat are a very simple dish. They are more nutritious, tasty and high-calorie than just vegetables, so they can be safely served not only for breakfast, but also for lunch and even for dinner.

Ingredients

Vegetable oil
Instructions
Peel the eggplant, cut into slices, and also cut other vegetables: onions, carrots, potatoes and zucchini.
Put the vegetables in a blender bowl.
Chop the vegetables in a blender.
Put the vegetable mass in a bowl, add soy sauce-Teriyaki marinade, ground black pepper to taste and egg. Mix well.
Add minced meat and finely chopped garlic to the vegetable mass and mix again. Add the flour and mix again until smooth.
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it up and spread the prepared minced meat in the form of pancakes with a spoon.
Fry the dough over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Serve vegetable pancakes with minced meat in a warm form.
