  1. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
  2. Cut the lettuce leaves into pieces. Put the tomatoes on a plate, alternating with lettuce leaves. Sprinkle the salad with sugar to your liking. The amount of sugar is indicated conditionally, you add according to your taste.
  3. Then pour soy sauce on top, I have a classic. The salad can be put in the refrigerator for about 1 hour before serving (but this is not necessary).
