Mayonnaise
Instructions
Boil the carrots and cut them into small cubes.
Finely chop the onion.
In a bowl, mix the chopped onion, add 1 tsp. without a hill of salt and sugar, pour in the vinegar.
Fill with freshly boiled water, cover and let stand for 30 minutes, then drain the water and let the excess liquid drain.
In a salad bowl, mix chopped boiled carrots, pickled onions.
Add canned green peas (pre-drain the liquid from the jar) and season with mayonnaise. Mix the salad thoroughly and you can serve it to the table.
