At the end of winter, when the preparations are finished , and fresh vegetables are not yet very available, this salad is just a godsend. Low- calorie and very useful. But most importantly-it is very tasty!
Do not throw out the stalk , but cut it with a thickness of 0.4-0.5 cm.Cook for about 2 minutes in a small amount of salted water (2 fingers higher than the stalk). Reduce the fire. Add here broccoli inflorescences (they are steamed). You do not need to add water. After 2 minutes, remove from the heat.
Grate raw carrots on a large grater. Cut the onion into half rings or a quarter of a ring. Cut the garlic into thin slices. Parsley and dill finely cut. If there is Basil, add a few sprigs. I had a dry one , added 1 tsp. mix Everything, add the marinade: honey, vinegar, olive oil, mix again.
Still warm, spread the cabbage with the rest of the ingredients, mix and allow to cool completely. Add fresh cucumber if desired . If there is not enough salt, add it.
