Vegetable Salad Recipe
At the end of winter, when the preparations are finished , and fresh vegetables are not yet very available, this salad is just a godsend. Low- calorie and very useful. But most importantly-it is very tasty!

  3. Do not throw out the stalk , but cut it with a thickness of 0.4-0.5 cm.Cook for about 2 minutes in a small amount of salted water (2 fingers higher than the stalk). Reduce the fire.
