In the evening, I don’t want to load my stomach with something heavy. My husband and I are big fans of vegetables and prefer to eat salads! Radish and bell pepper add piquancy and juiciness, red cabbage and celery are full of vitamins.

  2. Cut celery and bell pepper into strips.
  3. Grate radishes and carrots on a coarse grater, cut red cabbage.
  4. Preparing the sauce. To do this, mix 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp horseradish, 2 tbsp mayonnaise or sour cream. Salad dressing. Sprinkle with almond petals (or nuts) and you’re done.
