  1. To prepare salad dressing: mix 2 tbsp vegetable (olive) oil with 0.3 tsp mustard and let stand for 10 minutes during salad preparation. Chop the chicken and add salt, the salt will be absorbed, and the chicken in the salad will not be fresh.
  2. Cut the cucumber into cubes.
  3. Cut the cheese into small cubes, and the pepper into cubes. I have homemade homemade cheese, you can replace it with cheese.
  4. Put the vegetables and chicken in a salad bowl, mix gently, pour fragrant dressing and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Add salt to your taste. I had only green onions from the greens, but a few sprigs of parsley and a couple of lettuce leaves would be nice! This salad goes well with sour cream and mustard dressing (2 tbsp sour cream + 0.3 tsp ready-made mustard + 0.25 tsp lemon juice). For big fans of mayonnaise, you can fill it with mayonnaise.
