Instructions
Wash all vegetables. Zucchini, eggplant and cucumber cut into circles, onion and bell pepper half-rings, tomato cut into slices.
Put the vegetables in a bowl and add the marinating spices, dried garlic and olive oil.
Put the vegetables on a sheet of foil, put on top of a few bars of cheese.
Wrap the vegetables in foil. Put it in the oven and cook on the grill for 15-20 minutes.
